West Tennessee is rich in human capital. This dashboard quantifies and visualizes career pathway availability as well as the enrollment and output of educational programs in 21 counties in West Tennessee. It is made possible by a Phase I award from the Economic Development Administration for the Building Back Better competitive grant initiative and a product of the Digital Delta Coalition.

This dashboard connects occupational data with educational program data in public high schools, junior and technical colleges and universities.

It visualizes guided pathways from school to career and analyzes the saturation level of existing programs and workforce availability in the region.

Enrollment data for programs is based on the 21-22 school year and will be updated in July of each year.
